We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and customs clearance with external partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on experience with SAP (Material Management module), and the ability to supervise warehouse operations locally and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage material receipt, storage, and dispatch while resolving supply chain issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely in/out records of materials.

• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and audits.

• Ensure warehouse safety, security, and compliance with company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficient space utilization within the warehouse.

• Operate and manage the SAP Material Management (MM) module effectively.

• Coordinate with logistics and handle customs clearance with external partners.

• Supervise project/overseas warehouses and prepare periodic performance and stock reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA / B.Com, or MBA in Supply Chain.

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering plus relevant supply chain experience will be highly preferred.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse/inventory management and customs clearance.

• Hands-on experience in SAP (MM Module) is mandatory.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
