Job Description:

  Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Graduate)

  • Fresh candidates or up to 1 year of call center/customer service experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Phone Banking Officer to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. The role involves assisting customers with their banking queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction — without any sales targets.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure all calls are logged, tracked, and followed up for timely resolution.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators as defined by the process.

  • Maintain a courteous and customer-focused approach during all interactions.

  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
