| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end consumer billing operations for utilities (electricity, gas, water, and maintenance).
- Ensure timely and accurate billing in compliance with organizational policies.
- Lead and mentor the billing team to maintain high service standards and efficiency.
- Handle customer queries, disputes, and billing-related conflicts professionally.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and customer service departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare and present billing performance reports to management.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s in Finance / Accounting or CA / ACCA / CMA (Part Qualified).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in consumer billing — preferably in the utilities sector (Electricity, Gas, Water, or Maintenance).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict-handling abilities.
- Seasoned professional with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
