Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a \\\" Manager IT (Banking Sector ) for our leading client.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the Group’s IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional IT team across multiple units.
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and their business impact.
Infrastructure Management
- Oversee design, maintenance, and scalability of IT infrastructure (servers, data centers, cloud).
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems.
- Implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.
ERP Systems Management
- Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customize ERP modules.
- Enhance ERP reporting and analytics for business intelligence.
Network & Cybersecurity
- Design and manage secure networking architecture (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls).
- Ensure protection against cybersecurity threats and regulatory compliance.
Software & Application Management
- Supervise development/maintenance of in-house applications and integrations.
- Manage software updates, licensing, and productivity tools deployment.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Define and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security protocols.
- Manage vendor contracts and IT procurement budgets.
- Conduct IT audits for compliance with internal and external standards.
Innovation & Digital Transformation
- Drive automation, digitization, and process re-engineering.
- Explore AI/ML, IoT, and cloud-native tools for efficiency.
- Promote agile practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (MBA IT/MIS is a plus).
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role.
- Proven expertise in IT Infrastructure, ERP Management, Networking, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Cybersecurity, and Vendor/Budget Management.

- Business acumen with ability to work in a fast-paced, diversified environment.
Preferred Certifications:
- Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
