We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Immigration Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the immigration, study visa, and permanent residency processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultation and accurate information on immigration and visa options (Canada, UK, Australia, Schengen, etc.).

• Assess clients’ eligibility based on immigration rules and prepare case files accordingly.

• Assist clients in completing documentation, application forms, and interview preparation.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, immigration policies, and country-specific requirements.

• Follow up with clients and embassies to ensure timely processing of applications.

• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally to convert leads into successful cases.

• Maintain client records and prepare periodic reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, International Relations, or related field).

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in immigration consultancy, visa advisory, or travel & tourism industry.

• Strong understanding of global immigration policies and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and client handling skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
