| Job Description: |
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in Python and Flutter to lead our development team onsite. The ideal candidate will guide developers, oversee project architecture, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers across Python and Flutter projects.
- Design and implement scalable backend systems and cross-platform mobile apps.
- Review and maintain high coding standards, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to define technical requirements.
- Manage project timelines, perform code reviews, and ensure timely delivery.
- Integrate APIs, cloud services, and automation tools.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience leading teams in Python and Flutter projects.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
