We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator/Designer to join the growing team and help elevate the brand through innovative visuals and engaging content.

Working: 5.5 days per week

• Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm UK time
• Saturday: 9am - 1:30pm UK time

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, online courses, and promotional materials
• Design graphics, videos, and other digital assets to support campaigns, events, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure all content aligns with brand branding and message.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, event promotion, and internal use.
• Manage the production of content from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and content is consistent across channels.
• Stay up to date with design trends, ensuring visual content remains fresh, engaging, and innovative.
• Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm new ideas for content that resonates with brand audience.
• Optimize digital content for different platforms, ensuring mobile and web compatibility.
• Assist in maintaining and updating visual elements of the brand website, ensuring brand consistency.
• Handle revisions and feedback from various stakeholders to ensure all content meets the brand quality standards and all partner/sponsor guidelines are followed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree
• Proven experience in content creation and design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong video editing skills with experience in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a remote team.
• Experience in animation or motion graphics is preferred.
