We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our investment research team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, statistics, BBA, or MBA, with a particular focus on the stock market and financial analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on public companies, analyzing financial data, tracking market trends, and preparing insightful reports to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of listed companies across various sectors

• Track economic indicators, industry trends, and company news to provide timely market insights

• Analyze company financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows)

• Build and maintain financial models and valuation tools (DCF, PE, EV/EBITDA, etc.)

• Prepare investment reports, stock recommendations, and market outlooks

• Attend earnings calls, AGMs, and corporate briefings where necessary

• Work closely with portfolio managers and investment strategists

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and accountability in all research output

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, BBA, Statistics, or MBA

• Strong academic record and deep understanding of financial concepts

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling

• Solid understanding of capital markets, equities, and valuation techniques

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a research or investment-related role (internship or full-time)

• Certification or pursuit of CFA, ACCA, or related qualifications is a plus

• Familiarity with financial databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or PSX data portals
