Job Description: |
- Execute sales and grow the business by ensuring market access, customer focus and demand creation within the assigned region
- Responsible for all commercial business activities within the assigned region including negotiating contracts, prices and any follow-up agreements
- Focus on customers, key retail accounts to ensure market access and business opportunities within the region
- Ensure implementation of a marketing plan to confirm a long-term product/brand strategy.
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure demand generation and to build farmer relationships
- Train and motivate the sales force by providing sales support (product info, sales & marketing tactics)
- Develop/Overseas new and current distribution so that every good prospect in the target area gets called on keeping in view the number and quality.
- Ensure the implementation of all pricing, promotional product strategies and tactics through his team
