| Job Description: |
- Responsible for developing and implementing Askari Air Pakistan’s human resources business plan
- Knowledge of aviation policies, procedures and systems use to maintain aviation personnel standards
- Devising training & development initiatives in the organization
- Compliance with employment legislation , labour laws governing the aviation sector (standard and regulatory procedures to be adhered to)
- Designs, directs and manages a companywide process of organizational development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior work force development, keen employee retention, workforce turnover and change management
- Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, pre-employment checks orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; resolving problems; implementing change related to aviation sector
- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
- Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and activities
- Facilitating and providing advice to CEO in HR matters
- Manage hiring practices, including recruiting and selection relating to the aviation industry
- Establishing short- and long-term goals
- Identify opportunities for improving, developing and conserving human resources
- Structure competitive compensation & benefits packages
