For a UK based campaign, an experienced appointment scheduler who got an analytical approach to join its off-shore office in Karachi. Candidate must have some experience related to the same field and having strong Communication Skills
Responsibilities:
· Taking inbound calls from Customers
· Book their Appointment with Engineers
· Send Reminder SMS Via System
· Have to be active on our response groups via Skype to communicate with Head office
· Manage our Engineer's Diaries
· Customer Support.
Skills:
· FLUENT English
· Advanced Computer skills
· Can work on Software
· Have Experience in Customer Service + Support
· Can deal with UK Base Customers
