1. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
2. Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals.
3. Maintains close coordination with Operations, Customer Service and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality service delivery.
4. Continuously works for organizational process improvement, providing input to the sales and marketing teams to refine processes and cater to new and emerging market opportunities
5. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
6. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
7. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
8. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
9. Enters, updates and maintains daily sales activities and client/customer information into Sales database
10. Suggests and implements a closing business strategy relative to sales
