| Job Description: |
- Design and prepare reports for all e-business metrics for various online platforms and achieve all growth objectives and develop all enhancements to direct supply network.
- Devising strategies that connect sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and new developments to encourage sales in our online store
- .Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites (Facebook, instagram etc.) into highly profitable platforms.
- Develop and supervise all activities and plans for various ecommerce projects and coordinate with product development team to prepare an effective schedule for project and ensure compliance to same.
- Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, photographers and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
- Prepare reports and maintain track of all activities on websites, perform tests and assist in all website conversation and recommend improvements in strategies to increase customer retention and design site content.
- Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
- Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
- Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
- Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies
- .Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies.
- Managing packing and dispatching of the online order.
- Coordination with the courier companies.
- Maintain stock list of the online store.
