| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Human Resource intern to join our team and assist in various HR tasks. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in HR operations and learn the basics of HR management. The internship is designed to provide hands-on training and exposure to HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain employee files and ensure that employee data is up-to-date and accurate
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and events
- Assist in benefits administration, including answering employee questions and resolving benefit-related issues
- Respond to general HR inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate HR team
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
