Our company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide support to our sales team and help us achieve our revenue targets.

• The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team, customers, and various departments within the company to ensure a seamless sales process.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing sales
• Provide support in creating sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
• Communicate with customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company's products or services
• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and other events as required
• Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field2+ years of experience in sales support or coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in the industry preferred but not required
