| Job Description: |
- Design and development of the Tarbiyah scheme.
- Design and development of the tools (manuals, forms, formats, reading material, etc.)
- Design and Development of the qualitative assessment and evaluation of the mentoring scheme in departments.
- Ensure implementation and smooth execution of the standard mentoring scheme.
- Execute qualitative assessment and evaluation in departments.
- Liaison with the Campus Tarbiyah Managers/Heads and the Tarbiyah Managers to ensure the effective and efficient execution of Mentoring Sessions in departments/faculty.
- Design and Develop the Modular Training for the mentors as per requirements of the Standard Scheme of Riphah Mentoring.
- Design and develop the character building and life skills (interactive and hands on) training for the students.
- Manage and organize the Faculty Colloquium in departments (all regional campuses).
- Supervise the Riphah Quran Society Activities.
- Train Mentors and students as a Resource Person.
- Conduct the quarterly meeting of Tarbiyah Managers’ Coordination Council as Convenor.
- Design, Develop and Implement the Tarbiyah Projects.
