Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sales and marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in heading the department of sales or marketing, with a reputed and attractive business portfolio.
• Experience in management may be advantageous, understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing with strong analytical, organizational, creative thinking skills, and a useful social circle, which will help in the growth of the company.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to participate in making and implementing the company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing, promoting, and maintaining leads, to generate business.
• Responsible for achieving aggressive targets.
• Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
• Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
• Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
• Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at the property level and at a corporate level.
• Updating knowledge of sales-related legal documentation and property management.
• Providing guidelines and training to sales staff following up on specific tasks and project deliverables.
• Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trends, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
