RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Have ability to attract suitable candidates through different social media platforms
2.Collaborating with departments managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
3.Identifying hiring needs and prepare suitable Job Descriptions for the vacant positions
4.Have ability to screening suitable candidates for the related positions
5.Have ability to conduct smooth telephonic interviews
6.Organize and take part in Physical interview procedures as required
7.Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
8.Prepare and report on daily basis about hirings
