| Job Description: |
We are currently looking for an HR Executive.
Skills Required:-
- Proven experience in Recruitment of Technical and Non-Technical Positions
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases
- Strong knowledge of selection methods
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
- Follow up with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of goals and review
- Strong Knowledge of HR functions
Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelors in Business/HR
- 2-3 years of relevant job experience in core HR
- Excellent analytical and organizational Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Efficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
