HRSI is looking for Assistant Manager HR for one of our client based in Karachi.
Required Qualifications and Key Skills:
Qualification:
- MBA from a recognized local or foreign university / institute with minimum experience of 1 to 3 years. Candidates with experience of working with a financial institution will be preferred.
Key Skills:
- Target oriented with ‘can –do attitude’
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills, report writing and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementation of training & development plans
- Performance appraisal management
