| Job Description: |
- Execution of new product development.
- Gain a deep understanding of need of customer
- Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Drive product launches
- Appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Prepare relevant documentation
- Complete tasks in mentioned timeline
- Proactive approach in all steps of execution
- Follow up regarding execution of product development process
- In house follow up for new developments with all the concerned departments.
