Purpose of Position:

3. Ensure compliance with all local statutory regulations and applicable standards

4. General Accounting for group at international level

5. Financial controls

6. Regulatory & statutory reporting

7. Risk management and compliance at all levels

8. Tax & compliance management

9. Debit / contingency planning.

10. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

11. Book keeping

Essential Requirements / Competencies:

1. CA / ACCA Qualified  UK and USA accounts management preference. with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience; Software Industry or banking experience will be preferred.

2. Good knowledge of the UK Financial standards.

3. Interpersonal & analytical skills with remote management and strategic thinking.

5. Adapt quickly to changing environment & business needs.
