1. Responding to inbound/outbound, sales inquiries over the phone and/or email
2. Reservations of hotel, travel packages cruise booking, Euro Rail, domestic & international Transportation, Ferry, Event management, Travel Insurance using computer terminal or telephone.
3. Follow up for payment of all sales Services from the customer.
4. Plan, describe, arrange, and also sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
5. Provide customers with brochures and publications containing travel information, like local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations.
6. Print or request transportation carrier tickets, using a computer printer system or system link to the travel carrier.
7. Stay up to date about visa policies, procedures, and documentation guidelines.
8. Advising clients on suitable options as per their budget and requirements to cross-sell different tours, accommodation, transportation, and sightseeing.
9. Keep fully up to date with the latest information regarding future availability and the current status of all excursions and packages.
10. Ensuring that complete detail is recorded according to the SOPs of the company.
11. Keep in contact with clients before, during, and after the sale in order to make sure the quality of the services and increase the chances for repeat business.
Skills Required
- Must have excellent customer dealing, and fluent English communication skills.
- Must have excellent typing skills and be able to work on Microsoft Office.
- The candidate must be well organized and possess an excellent work ethic.
- The nature of work will require handling customers from all over the world via calls, emails, Web/Whatsapp chat, etc.
- Must have the ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members as needed
