| Job Description: |
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counselor who can manage different kinds of responsibilities including supporting the professional growth of students, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance.
- Must have knowledge of Student counseling for foreign education.
- Make calls to the inquiries received through emails & Facebook and provide relevant information.
- Convert Inquiries into mature cases
- Consult students on career choices, choose courses in foreign educational institutes and universities
- Assistance in admissions and visa applications.
- Handling and identification of prospective clients through different channels like E-mails, Online Queries, Visitors
- Handle and process the cases of respective clients with extreme care
- Respond to all queries raised by client/department during the case processing and give follow-up where necessary
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
