Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Architecting and implementing technical solutions to solve our client's and business problems
2. and that meet and exceed automation and integration objectives.
3. Managing all aspects of the technical specifications, solution design, and implementation
4. including environment specifications and integration with 3rd party components and APIs
5. Join the on-call rota for 3rd line support
6. Providing cross-functional technical leadership
7. Interacting with our clients and counterpart and internal teams to solicit and document system-
8. level technical requirements and solutions architecture
9. Providing technical expertise to diagnose and resolve project-related technical issues
10. Working closely with Project Management to actively support Project objectives, schedules
11. and deliverables throughout the lifecycle of the project

Qualifications:

1. BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent technical degree. (preferable)
2. At least 5 years of working experience as a Solutions Architect Full Stack Developer or
3. equivalent role
4. Must have experience in APIs, Python, JavaScript, and Web application development.
5. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, including experience in
6. presenting complex technical solutions to audiences of varying technical knowledge
7. Demonstrated methodical problem-solving skills
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment, sometimes under stressful conditions, and deliver to agreed timescales
9. Ability to self-learn and quickly adopt new technologies, architectures, methodologies, and products.
10. Knowledge of CRM Applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot would be an advantage.
11. Knowledge of telephony, SIP-based communications, and traffic engineering
