Package: 40K gross monthly + 10k for fuel and cell phone allowance

The role: Marketing our products to partners and potential clients. This is a field role that requires you to generate loan applications as per defined targets.

Responsibilities

• Driving product sales: pushing for credible financing and loan applications. Generating loans as per targets

• Performing regular review of default loans

• Tracking loan portfolio and providing feedback

• Reviewing and completing client files

• Managing client relationships and ensuring success of loan portfolio

• Ensuring business development targets are met on time

We are looking for:

• Self-driven and passionate women

• Knowledge of Microfinance products is a plus

• Knowledge of SBP and SECP regulations is a plus

• Ability to perform a field role

• Ability to work under pressure

• Experience (No. of Years): 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
