| Job Description: |
- Possess strong command in the subject area
- Be able to prepare a scheme of work for the students
- Be able to design interesting activities and apply different techniques to drill the new knowledge
- Evaluate students' skills and knowledge, in the related subject.
- Ensure that students are at the required level to begin more detailed and varied learning in the subject
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional material that facilitates student learning
- Research new topic areas, maintain up-to-date subject knowledge to supplement the prescribed curriculum wherever required
- Mark work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of pupils' progress and development, as per the approved scheme of work
- Select and use a range of different learning resources and equipment
- Compile the monthly/quarterly and yearly reports by collecting the grades and progress reports from all other subject teachers.
- Manage student behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and apply appropriate and effective measures, in cases of misbehavior
