| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with end users and support department go gather all the details of requirements.
- Documenting workflows, coordinating with software development, database and QA to make sure for smooth implementation of new features/products.
- Documenting business rules for all software products
- Designing mockups and creating workflows based on user/client’s requirements and following industry standards and guidelines as well.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in any domain
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- 3-5 years of hands on experience as business analyst in US Healthcare
- Hands on in using MS Office and designing tools such as snagit etc
- Should be familiar with EDI
- Knowledge of RCM processes would be a plus
- Able to work from 3 PM to 11 PM Pakistan standard time.
