Rayymen Technologies Private Limited is searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to manage our marketing Strategies. For this position, a person has to look at all the aspects of marketing operations. His/Her central goal would be to help grow our brand’s influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

The successful candidate will develop a digital marketing strategy to ideate, implement and complete advertising campaigns. He/she will ensure projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. They will be the go-to person for all aspects of our digital marketing strategy, fostering existing audiences, and capturing new leads.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent Rayymen Technologies Pvt Limited to reach large audiences in the digital space.

• They research, plan, and implement ways to penetrate new markets and new ways of advertising.

• They know how to manage and implement influencing strategies.

• Analyze audience reach statistics and report weekly/monthly on the success of marketing campaigns, appeals, and optimizing them.

• Closely work with the development and design teams and with other internal teams.

• Adjust websites according to the advertising campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date with digital media development tools and strategies.

• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our campaign.

• Develop and monitor the campaign’s budget.

• Plan and manage our social media platforms.

• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growing strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing certification.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.

• Experience working on various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

• Excellent writing skills.

• Experience in search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and other digital marketing methods.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in canva and other designing tools.

• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
