The purpose of the role is to ensure all payroll related transactions are process timely and efficiently

• Maintain and update attendance of employees in system (AX Dynamics) and leaves management
• Run payroll in AX Dynamics for business entities on monthly basis within defined time frame
• Coordination with time offices of all units with relevance to salary and other matters
• Coordination with internal audit department with respect to any discrepancies that relates to salary, tax, loans and advances
• Ledger posting in AX Dynamics with respect to salary, wages, overtime and other relevant payments
• Arrangement of working for EOBI and Social Security schedules on monthly basi
• Prepare complete working for annual bonus of the group as announced by the management
• Processes all medical claims and responsible to verify the required documents
• Timely preparation of final settlement amount for resigned employees and assure handing over of final settlement cheques.
• Any other task assigned by Head of the Department.
