We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer/ Manager to streamline our business operations. The ideal candidate will be expected to:

• Improve the company’s brand presence, and sales while generating creative marketing campaigns to upscale the business.
• Lead the marketing and sales team to deliver the company’s marketing plan in line with the brand values and business strategies defined.
• Drive the commercial objectives of the business, maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Possess a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, coordinate and implement the marketing plan in coordination with the Management, maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.
• Identify Sales opportunities by understanding consumer requirements, competitor's share, strengths and weaknesses; forecast business growth and establishing targeted market share.
• Plan and ensure effective delivery of PR, promotions, advertising, online, print and direct marketing in line with the target audience, measured ROI and overall departmental goals.
• Cultivate a strong knowledge of all the company’s priorities and marketing needs to enhance the Company Sales.
• Analyze the profit effectiveness of the marketing programs. Assess past marketing programs, and ensure the future strategy is enhanced.
• Put together a content marketing strategy for the company and manage our social media presence, directing programs to improve social media reputation and elevate brand recognition.
• Effectively plan, design, develop and execute comprehensive print and digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 8-10 years with leading developers in Pakistan in Sales and Marketing specifically in Mixed used high-rise development.
• Bachelor or Master in sales and marketing from a reputable institute.
• Full command of MS Office and PowerPoint
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Sound Experience in Sales for a reputed Developmental Organization.
