| Job Description: |
HRSI is looking for a Sort Supervisor with a good technical background to join our rapidly growing team of talented individuals. This role will be suited for someone who has exhibited experience in system stability, identifying and resolving bugs, creating and maintaining SOPs and has the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Monitor Daily LOP & LNP backlog reports and resolve challenges.
- Maintain follow up with cross-functional teams (FM, LM, WH, VOPS, Transport)
- Ensure all processes are completed within SLA, challenges should be reported to LM
- Must have knowledge of DEX SORTS. O. P– (Hands-on experience)
- Address operational issues in a timely manner and report escalations to line manager
- Receive the customer return, failed delivery packages and send them to their destination as per SOP.
- Proven experience of supervising large ground headcount.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ensure on-ground vigilance.
- Should be able to perform under pressure.
- Good with Excel.
