Job Summary:

  • Lead the management of BOP Learning & Development Centre (physical facilities) Operations and ensures operational readiness, safety and security of the building premises within approved authorities and budgets.
  • Under guidance of the Unit Head L&D Services, manages all facility operations, budgets, expenses, supplies and equipment and support personnel.
  • Manages facility budget and financial expenditures as per approved limits and forecast/plans and recommends reallocation of funds when necessary.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of centre’s operations and services, that include but are not limited to, collecting and analyzing data to maintain and improve center quality, efficiency and profitability. Implements effective corrective action plans when appropriate.
  • Responsible for managing centre’s support, technical and security staff for effective delivery of centre services in an accurate, efficient and effective manner.
  • Responsible to convey and communicate proper workplace behavior, identify issues and/or improvement opportunities and utilize appropriate resources to correct and resolve.
  • Manage day-to-day oversight of staffing/scheduling needs, problem-solving, transfers etc.
  • Manage environmental health and safety by ensuring fire and safety compliance.
  • In coordination with stakeholders, manages event plans and schedules and ensures availability of facility services for Bank’s events / trainings. 
  • Maintain coordination and communication with ASG for periodic and on demand repair, maintenance of facilities.
  • Maintain coordination and communication with (building lesse) Society, Utilities services providers, law enforcement and government agencies (where applicable) and ensure optimum operational readiness and availability of the building and its facilities
  • Ensures optimum visitor experience through good hospitality practices and resolve complaints received from staff, visitors and guests.
  • Communicate proper workplace behavior, identify issues and/or improvement opportunities and utilize appropriate resources to correct and resolve.
  • Ensure a clean work environment, and ensuring center has sufficient operating supplies. 
  • Conducts routine internal procedure and documentation audits.
  • Participate and carry out special duties and tasks as directed by Senior Leadership.

General Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institution. 

Experience: Minimum 06 years of relevant experience

Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 6, 2022.

Skills & abilities: Effective People and Team management, Project Management, Safety, Security, Health and Environment management. Preferred Hospitality experience. Budget and financial management. Vendor Management, Utility service provider and Government agencies management Advance skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint etc.
