Skyray Ventures is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join our growing company!
An ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of interns, reviewing their performance and streamline current processes.
The candidate must be:
Confident, smart, motivated, and committed to work long term A critical thinker and problem-solver Good time management skill and ability to meet deadlines Strong verbal and written English communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to lead other team members and get work done
Main Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Managing project teams to develop, execute and complete tasks Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management Performing employee reviews and assessments Assist with new employee on boarding and training program Outreach through Instagram to generate leads for business (Main) Identifying potential clients and marketing the services offered by us Develop strategies for social media growth and executing them

Other Requirements:
Experience with cold email marketing, lead generation, mail merge, email verification, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success Knows other aspects of lead generation, like LinkedIn outreach (automation), Cold email automation, and other lead generation channels
Working hours:
6 days per week 8 hours per day Night Shift |
