Job Description:
  • Monitoring and ordering resources and preparing the book orders.
  • Scheduling and monitoring stock take across the libraries.
  • Providing professional support to the regional library coordinators.
  • Visiting network libraries as and when required for monitoring their performance.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the Library Operational Manual.Ensuring the requirement of health and safety in regional libraries through RLC’s.
  • Supporting and encouraging regional librarians to foster effective link with parents and teachers to promote the habit of reading and independent learning.
  • Liaising with TRC coordinator for use of library automated software for all resources in TRC.
  • Ensure TCS libraries are being organized according to Dewey Decimal Classification System (DDC) and AACR2 and implementation of LMS all over the network.
  • Digitizing the entire library processes and procedures for a paperless solution.
