Job Description:
  • Administering the configuration of subjects for unified exams in Academic Information Management System (AIMS+) and verifying all data for AIMS.
  • Liaising with IT to implement, update, and test new AIMS + reports and related features.
  • Planning and conducting RMS trainings for all regions’ heads and tutors.
  • Coordinating with CAIE for timely entry of data in the database.
  • Preparing user manual for all users and providing user guidance and support for all campus officers/heads during various exam-related processes including data entries.
  • Facilitating the analysis of all internal and external results and paper formatting and exam paper sharing process for unified exams through secured cloud server.
  • Supporting result compilation process and necessary follow ups for report card issuance for Midyear, End of year, Mock and CAIE for all classes.
  • Ensuring issuance of welcome letters, undertaking letters and other notification during an academic year.
