| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in development of production and sales plans
- Monitoring operational working performances and suggests improvements
- Manage domestic and international printing jobs
- Assist Manager Operations in routine tasks
- Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments directly supervise the Press, Post Press, Shipping/Receiving and Maintenance functions to ensure maximum productivity, scheduling requirements are met at the minimum cost.
- Study, document, control and improve all manufacturing processes and procedures to achieve maximum productivity, minimum cost and scheduling requirements. Ensure documentation is easily understood.
- Determine performance standards. Ensure employees' understanding and compliance with performance standards through establishment of accountability for work.
- Ensure completion of all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Having strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
