Their work includes:

•  Maintain organizational presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
•  Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
•  Design and develop creative growth strategies
•  In Consultation with Designing team, undertake creative and innovative content to promote brand-focused messages
•  Work in collaboration with social media team members, including designing team and content creator
•  Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
•  Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
•  Monitor and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
•  Design and implement digital marketing campaigns with minimum cost and maximum output
•  Maintain a proper record of assigned and accomplished task.
•  Apprise the management about new developments and suggested improvements /strategy
•  Ensure security and safety against hacking/ negative trends
•  Observe the rules and policies of the organization

Requirements include:

•  BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
•  Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
•  Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
•  Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
