Purpose of the role:
The MEAL & IM Manager will undertake the MEAL and IM activities by ensuring minimum standards followed for the ECHO * project. The position will under direct supervision of Sr. WASH Manager and technical supervision of MEAL, IM and Research coordinator
Individual accountabilities
1. Support development MEAL and IM Plan, while ensuring abidance to the ACF policies and guidelines.
2. Support development MEAL checklist, reporting templates.
3. Undertake sample and purposive filed monitoring visits and share weekly and monthly report while ensuring critical analysis to be part of the report.
4. Ensure the timely MEAL and IM reporting.
5. Develop excel base dashboard for MEAL and IM.
6. Support the documenting of best practices, lesson learned primarily regarding MEAL and IM activities and secondary supporting project team on that.
7. Conduct project end line study (develop Plan & TORs, undertake sampling, finalization of end line data collection tool, analysis and share the report.
8. Ensure smooth implementation of Feedback and Complaint mechanism.
9. Liaise with partners and external stakeholders, including government officials to improve nutrition information flow and management.
10: Represent ECHO-8 in meetings and events, as required.

Parameters of success:
· Accurate monthly and quarterly reporting of NIMS data, including stock utilization reports
· Regular comparison of NIMS data with IM and data management/monitoring tools
· Functional central database and MIS dashboard for PINS
Regular field visits and capacity building for ACF, partners and other stakeholders
