Job Requirements:
- Fluent & Strong English communication skills
- Strong follow-up on complaints & services ends to end (Client & Stakeholder Dept.)
- Knowledge of the financial market i.e. Insurance, Forex, Cryptocurrency, Stock Exchange will be a plus +.
- Go-get and ready to take the responsibility of the team in desired situations as per directions.
- Focused and should be well prepared in displaying the interest of joining the dynamic team.
- Creativity and innovation is the desired skillset
